Welcome to MesteriGo! Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using our website or availing any services provided by MesteriGo. By accessing our platform and booking services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Offered

MesteriGo connects consumers with qualified service providers ("Technicians") for the following services:

Plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance
Electrical installation, repair, and maintenance
Auto mechanic services for vehicle maintenance and minor repairs

We aim to ensure quality and timely service, but service availability may vary depending on location and technician availability.

2. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information when booking a service.
Ensure safe and lawful access to your premises or vehicles for the Technician.
Supervise any minors or vulnerable individuals during the service session.
Pay all applicable service charges, taxes, and any additional charges agreed upon for extra work.

3. Pricing and Payments

Prices quoted are estimates and may vary based on site conditions, the final scope of work, or vehicle condition.
Payment must be made immediately upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed.
Accepted payment methods include cash, UPI, debit/credit cards, and online payment gateways.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel or reschedule a booking up to [2 hours] before the scheduled appointment without penalty.
Last-minute cancellations may attract a nominal cancellation fee.
Refunds for prepaid services will be processed within [7 working days], subject to evaluation of the situation.

5. Technician Conduct and Limitations

All Technicians are expected to maintain professionalism and deliver services safely and courteously.
Technicians may refuse to perform work that is unsafe, unlawful, exceeds reasonable service limits, or is outside their skill set.
MesteriGo is not liable for any delays or service interruptions caused by external factors (e.g., weather, traffic, local restrictions).

6. Liability Disclaimer

MesteriGo acts solely as a facilitator and is not the employer of the Technicians.
While we strive for high service standards, we disclaim liability for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from service use, including vehicle repairs.
Customers are advised to personally verify completion and satisfaction at the time of service.

7. Warranties

Basic workmanship is warranted for a period of [30 days] for plumbing, electrical, and minor vehicle repair services unless stated otherwise.
Warranty claims do not apply to issues caused by misuse, external damages, accidents, or third-party modifications.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, designs, and service processes are the property of MesteriGo and cannot be used or reproduced without prior written consent.

9. Privacy Policy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which you are encouraged to read.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nagaland, India.
